In-person visits are billed by the hour, and the rate goes by how far your address sits from downtown in the city that serves you: straight-line miles, no separate travel charge, and you know the rate before we start.

$39 books an in-person visit; the rest is charged when the work is done and you've confirmed it. Card only, no cash or checks. After the first block, time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same rate. Nerd on Call members get 20% off the labor on extra visits.
